IPoka Tours is a company in Estonia, founded by Ilpo "Ipo" Luukkonen and Vesa "Kauki" Kaukiainen that provides their services to both private and corporate needs. We offer new experiences in Tallinn and the surrounding areas. You will travel comfortably in a 9-seater Mercedes Benz Vito, and enjoy the laid back and fun vibes provided by us.
